you need to have a talk with your employees! I asked 3 separate times for help with items for my daughter and got eye rolls the first 2 and told that I "shouldn't have problems reaching the item" the 3rd time! I had shoulder surgery 4 weeks ago and cannot lift my arm over a certain height. Mr. Cruz needs some serious retraining on customer service!
