Dr. Montague is a caring and thorough doctor. She has a calming way with the children. And speaks to both the children and parents with ease. Dr. Montague takes all concerns seriously and is available when needed! I have 3 children that she has seen for many, many years. As each child has gone through their different stages, she has changed her approach to them to meet THEIR needs, not hers. Who wants to take their child/ children to a Dr. and wait a long time in a room packed with all kinds of sick people? Or have a pediatrician that does not know your child by name, never mind any of his or her current health concerns? NOT ME. I am the mother of four, and my husband and I have trusted Dr. Montague with the care of our children, our precious gifts, since the day they were all born. Dr. Montague has been the pediatrician for my two daughters since they were born. She is the best! My daughters are so comfortable with her. Dr. Montague diagnosed and has helped my youngest with Celiac Disease. Her knowledge and thoughtfulness continue to impress me. Dr. Montague is solo, so I do not have to explain medical history to a new doc every time - she knows us! I would highly recommend Dr. Montague. Plus her employees are great and the new office is beautiful!
Prior to going to D. Montague, I was in a practice of 6 plus doctors. My youngest son had always had issues with what they had told me was "just a cold". After just "1"!!!! visit with Dr. Montague, she diagnosed my son with having acid reflux, as well as allergies and asthma. With a regimen which she designed for him of medication, he has been a TOTALLY Different child. Her experitise, knowledge and genuine care is so much appreciated by myself and my family.
