I have worked with Janice more than once. She even helped us find our current home. She and her team are very professional and organized. I would have no hesitation recommending her.
We used Janice and her team to sell our home this summer. It is clear that she only cares about the money and not the client. She blames her team when something goes wrong. She barely says thank you when she walks away with her large commission. Selling a home is an emotional process and to have someone that acts as though she cares and is sympathetic to your cause but is truly using you to make a sale is very disheartening. Not someone I would recommend..
