5 stars isn't enough! We were moving ACROSS THE COUNTRY and Janice made us feel at peace with the whole idea and encouraged us she could handle it, no problem. And boy did she! She also sent little reminders for important things we needed to to which was awesome given we had a lot going on! 10/10 will use her again!
