This was my initial acupuncture session, and Janice put me at ease with her knowledgeable and comforting approach. She clearly cares deeply about her practice and clients, all while being so down-to-earth. I have comeback for repeated treatments which have really taken the edge off my lower back pain. I am super happy with the quality of care at this clinic. Janice listens and offers helpful suggestions that I can incorporate into my lifestyle and diet easily. The clinic is also well-organized and very clean. The overall vibe is a relaxed and safe setting that allows me to absorb the treatments both energetically and physically. Highly recommend Janice for acupuncture! I had never had any acupuncture done before, and Janice was extremely patient and kind, explaining everything in detail to me—the process of acupuncture, how it could work in conjunction with other kinds of therapy, and was able to accommodate my visual impairment and soothe my first-time nerves.
