Janice always takes the time to listen. Best practitioner in Reno!!!
Janice was a great provider that listened to me and was available last minute when I needed immediate care. However, she has been very difficult to contact. She does not answer questions in MyChart and, though she said she would refill my prescriptions when they were out, she has not refilled any of my prescriptions. I requested them three weeks ago. No matter what is going on with me, small or big. She gives me the respect that I would want a medical professional to give me. She always listens and understands my concerns. She goes above and beyond. Been with her for 4 years and will continue to be her patient.
