Yearly check up - I waited with a gown on sitting on exam table for my insurance United Healthcare paid for Exam. Reviewed lab work- No physical, no mammogram sched- no breast exam, strange ridicule touched each breast with two fingers and left the room. Went with my wife for her follow up appointment. I was amazed at Dr Nord's attitude and bedside manner. Hands down the most arrogant and obnoxious doctor I've ever experienced. She is the last doctor I would ever consider. My wife will not be going back to her. Totally disgusted with her care.
Dr. Nord is one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors I have ever known. She cares, listens, and treats patients with empathy and kindness. I miss her very much as my doctor.
