She is a great dermatologist. Always has time for your questions. She gets you in on time for your appointments She will be missed since she is retiring

She is great, very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous. Just all in all a wonderful doctor always bubbly, but at the same time, if you have any issues, she's very concerned. And she helps you through them
I am always happy with NP Franks. She has been taking care of my skin for years. I am extremely unhappy that this position will not be filled when she retires! ADventist Health owes it to the community to provide dermatology services!!!
