One star is a gift. Went to Janice York for 8 months for court ordered family counseling. By far the worst therapist or curriculum I’ve ever experienced. She doesn’t follow through with her practices and allows repeated bad behavior from the accuser . Her six week program doubles in length as she can’t keep from getting distracted. Her own personal life and experiences corrupt any help she is supposed to be giving. She should not be recommend by the court or any one else. Terrible process or program!!! Jan counseled my team of young adult leaders on the warning signs and dangers of anxiety and suicide. She was kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. She answered each question with care, and provided adequate resources for my leaders to use. Based on my experience, I would trust Jan to counsel any of my loved ones.
