Initial screening took place by a call receptionist, most likely not working at the actual clinic. Still, she was helpful guiding me through the process of choosing a clinician and was able to book an appt for the following week. Thank you.

I really love working with Jan. She is one of those people with great wisdom that has been honed over time and with life experience. I have not always felt comfortable with therapists in the past and often I could tell they were just using canned techniques on me right out of the textbook without really understanding the nuance inherent in my circumstances.
