Wait times are crazy- booking 5 people at once, appointments don’t mean anything to them - Their services are good, but generally pretty bad organization
I had an appointment today for massage Therapy.Their customer service is awful. I signed in and I was never greeted by the front desk receptionist. I waited patiently in the waiting area, just to find out my appointment was never scheduled. They made me feel like I was the one that made a mistake, they really need to improve their customer service and have a little more patience.
Dr. Jani is beyond amazing! I have had chronic back issues over the years; and when I have flare ups and can barely move...Dr. Jani is #1 on my speed dial. With care, skill and precision; she always puts me back together again. (no punn intended :)) Her office staff is always polite and helpful. As her business is growing she has added additional services such as acupuncture and massage which compliment chiropractice adjustments. In between my adjustments I do the massages too. Had an appointment scheduled but could not find the office and there was no signs on where it was.I tried calling them but they didn't answer.
Avoid this place. I'm sure the Chiropractor is good. But the receptionist here is just plain unprofessional. Bad communication skills. She started talking to me in spanish, made me wait at least 20 minutes before she gave me the big stack of paperwork I needed to fill out . The scheduling here is horrible. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. This little waiting room was packed with other patients waiting for up to an hour as well.
