The food is very good and the best drink is the rum punch
One of my favorite spots in Culver City. The island old fashioned is a must!

My first time there and I'll definitely be back. We were there for happy hour. Great deals on beverages, loved the jerk chic tacos (ask for extra jerk sauce, it's yummy!!), the beef patties wrapped in pastry (Jamaican street food and more like well seasoned ground beef), veggie curry (regular menu) turkey sausage (covered in grilled onions and bell peppers) all was delicious. It has been a while since I last been to Derrick's off of La Tijera Blvd and now open right around the corner from my place in Culver I'll be at the spot more often. Good to see Derrick. The staff are awesome and very welcoming. Big ups & much respect!
