Really great experience at Jang and Lee Orthodontics. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee is very experienced and clearly well trained as an orthodontist — he explains things in a way that actually makes sense and makes you feel comfortable about your treatment. If you’re looking for a trustworthy orthodontist on SF, this is a great place to go!
My experience at this orthodontist office was wonderful! Dr. Jang & Dr. Lee helped me throughout my 17 months with braces and were clear with how long the process would take. The staff were so friendly and welcoming whenever I came in for my appointment every month, especially Stephanie and Ronda. This office has a lot of scheduling flexibility as well. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jang and then Dr. Lee for a little over two years for Invisalign. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone and everything has been throughout my entire experience. Dr. Jang is special and I will miss him, but you’ll be in great hands with Dr. Lee as Dr. Jang retires. The rest of the staff is fantastic and I’ll miss coming to the office. How many teeth related offices can you say that about???!! I highly recommend them.
Dr. Lee Orthodontist is great! He transferred as a patient that moved from California to Texas, and the process was handled smoothly and professionally. The transition of care was seamless, and the team made everything easy and stress-free. We would absolutely refer patients here if they move to the area.
