I have seen Dr. Phipps a few times now. She is kind and compassionate. She listens and does not jump to conclusions. She runs tests not just assumes she is correct. I am glad I found her.
I write this only because the lack of compassion I received today from my family Dr. I assume my pic will be shown and they will know. My heart goes out to doctors that have lost their compassion, and have grown to look at us like $ not people who are truly in need of kindness, help, and compassion. Where do we find help. Mrs. Phipps is the best care partner I have ever had in my long experience with medical care. She is professional, personable and actively listens. Mrs. Phipps also has that rare quality that is best described as genuinely caring. I recommend her without reservation.
I love my Dr she always addresses my concerns and treats me with respect all the girls in the office are very nice and kind I hope I never have to change
