This is probably the easiest review to write because the Roch Mortgage team made every step of buying our new home smooth! Nicole Jabs and Nicole Wilfred, from the team, went above and beyond to ensure financing was possible, and timelines were met. They were responsive and fun to work with, and got us the best rate possible. We could not recommend this brokerage more. Super thankful for a wonderful friends' recommendation to work with the Roch Mortgage team.

I was medically retired a couple years ago so living on my disability income I was quite concerned about getting a new mortgage when it came time to relocate closer to family and downsize for less upkeep but Janette sand her team went to work for me and got me an affordable mortgage so I could make my life easier...these ladies are the queens of customer service too! Great to work with providing top notch service, friendly, knowledgeable super easy to talk to and understand. Highly recommend
In 2017 my husband and I thought there was no hope of our getting back into the real estate market, but Janette made it happen! In 2020 when interest rates dropped, Janette again negotiated a great refinancing of my mortgage, and in 2025 secured a remortgage for me at an excellent rate. She and her team carried me through these times with constant attention and information. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her for any mortgage needs.
