The first time I met Janete was when I had my head burned by another hair stylist in Astoria. My hair was completely burnt as well. She took time in fixing my hair and it took a lot of patience but the result was superb. I have been going to Janete for 9 years now even before she opened her own salon and thankfully she did. She has loyal clients for years that worship her. I highly recommend the salon. Janete is the best hair stylist in New York.

I remember walking into Janete's for the first time, after it had been recommended to me, and instantly feeling comfortable. I I had a colleague who had the most natural looking blond hair. I have been seeing Janete since she opened the Astoria Studio 6 years ago. I will admit to making the mistake of getting my hair cut somewhere else after seeing Janete for 6 months. I never made that mistake again. Janete's salon is clean, professional and extremely personalized.
