It is quite evident that Janet is a very experienced and caring professional in her craft. She has extremely in depth knowledge of the complexities of negotiation and procedures of real estate, along with a good pulse of what the market in Treasure Valley is doing. She was able to guide my first time home buying with ease and answer all of my inane questions with expedient and gracious timing. She was also quick to help resolve and follow through on the many random problems that I had pop up. She has what I would call "Big M... read more
I had an absolute incredible experience with Janet. She went above and beyond. She was an excellent communicator and negotiator. She felt less like a realtor and more like a partner. Five stars isn't enough.
Janet Thompson and her team are the best! We have purchased 5 and sold 4 homes with Janet and we would never think about going with anyone else. This professional goes above and beyond. Buying and selling real estate is full of all sorts of highs and lows and we felt that Janet's team helped even out those extremes. Their level of expertise, negotiating ability, and overall communication is at the highest level. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible they were at every aspect of the process. We love the new home and neighborho... read more
