Disgraceful Disrespect for a Patient’s Time and Health‼️ I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Thursday and provided both my new address and my new insurance information. I arrived 10 minutes early and was asked to wait. After waiting another 20 minutes, the receptionist finally told me that the doctor does not accept my insurance. Dr. Janet Teltscher is professional, caring, and really listens. She took her time, explained everything with patience, and made sure I understood my options. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
