I usually don’t write reviews online but my experience working with Janet Spelman was so positive I am happy to do so. She is the ultimate professional. I have worked with many real estate brokers in my lifetime on both the buying and selling end of the business. Janet ranks among the best. Janet is great... Relocating to Las Vegas, Janet got us into a perfect house and gave us all the info needed for a perfect transition to our new home.
Janet Spelman did an absolutely superb job during the recent sale of my home in North Las Vegas. At her own expense, she hired a professional appraiser so that we could accurately set an asking price, she brought in artwork and furnishings to professionally stage the house, and she generated interactive floor plans. After the property was under contract, she constantly monitored the buyer’s actions to assure that everything was under control, and she did numerous small tasks, all without being asked. I highly recommend her.
Janet was GREAT! A true resource to the Summerlin area.
