Let me start by saying this was a difficult sale to begin with. We live out of state and the house is over 100 years old and had some typical old house issues. She is very professional and really knows the eastern Washington market. She did a great job showing me houses. That met my needs and not wasting my time with houses that I would not be interested in based on our previous few conversations.
