Janet is very knowledgeable about Newton real estate and very easy to work with. She’s also a wonderful cook! She knows exactly how to market a condo and was up to date on the important comparative condos in the neighborhood. She helped me find just the right stagers, at my request, which was very beneficial. In spite of listing in February, from the day of listing until the condo was sold, at asking price, was only 8 days to a signed offer! I highly recommend Janet for an uncomplicated residential sales experience.

Selling and moving after thirty-two years in the same house was no easy feat and Janet was the wise and calming presence to help make it happen for us. From start to finish, she never rushed or pushed until we were ready and then expertly guided us through whatever steps were necessary. Janet is terrific! She was our agent for a house sale and subsequent condo purchase in Newton, a town where it is not easy to downsize. Janet knows the community intimately and brought properties to our attention before they were even listed. She knows what to fix before you sell and what to look for when you buy. We also took advantage of her extensive list of contacts for movers, contractors, etc. She knows how to price properties--we got top dollar when we sold. Janet really reduced the stress of both selling and buying.
