More than 6 months ago, I contact Ms Gerard for assistance in adding my wife’s name to a rental property. It is was routinely difficult to get Ms Gerard to return a phone call or email. When she did respond, I was continually told that we were close to completion. A month ago, Ms Gerard ceased communication entirely, not answering numerous phone calls and emails. Janet assisted with the sale of my 90-year-old father’s home in Somerset. During the process, she incorrectly charged him and later had him sign an agreement to pay additional fees. Her behavior throughout was unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly toward a 90-year-old Veteran and retired Detective. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing her fees and verifying all calculations.
