Dr. Nielsen is knowledgeable and spoke with me like I am...a person, and that was greatly appreciated.
I went in for a minor complaint. Dr. Nielsen appeared very knowledgeable about my condition but not a terrific bedside manner.
I visited Loyola's immediate care in Burr Ridge. The service was great and quick. After visiting another urgent care who wrongly diagnosed me, Dr. Nielsen immediately told me what the issue was and prescribed meds. It has been one and I already feel better and have less pain.
Very thorough and comprehensive in checking my condition and offering treatment options!
