Dr. Li and her staff were incredible. They were all cheerful and talkative, smiling and happy. They talked me thru the entire procedure and calmed me down a lot.
I went in for a Mohs surgery on my foot, and left with nothing done. Dr. Li walked in and greeted me, but after that, she made no efforts to even hear me out. She kept her back to me the whole time I was trying to explain to her what happened, as she just talked with her assistant. I was told by my dermatologist who referred me to her, that my foot would be stitched. When I asked her if she would be stitching up my foot, she said no. She insisted I would bust my stitches. Dr. Li made no effort to explain or provide any after care. She would not call me back for two days after being told if my pain got worse to call. My MOHE surgery was horribly done and I do not recommend her as a doctor. Her nurse was excellent during the surgery and tried to explain everything- I don’t think Dr. Li even made eye contact with me- should have been my first sign. She seemed very distracted!
