Dr. Janet Napoli is great at what she does. She is very friendly and so nice. I am in the process of getting hearing aids through her. She was very intentive while listening to me explain what it was I was looking for in some hearing aids. She assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. She even looked them up and showed me the description of the ones that would meet my satisfaction. I just had the cast of my ears done today. It only took a few minutes.
