I wish I would have read all these reviews before hiring. I too gave her $7,500.00 and she sat on my case for almost a year and then dropped me stating I was a difficult person to work with....guess I asked to many questions when I was told to call anytime. I too asked for a refund and was told it was non refundable. DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN ANY MONEY ACTUALLY THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING HER PERIOD.
She was referred to me, I gave her 7500 dollars she did not respond to email, voicemails only ready to take my money...I finally got her to submit an ERD to me she spelled my name wrong, had the complaint wrong and all information related to my case wrong...I ask for a refund due to her not doing any work, she reported the money given was non refundable and has not given me my documentation back...this is not in the contract...I have and official complaint against her at the present.

Absolutely a nightmare of an attorney. Janet is completely incompetent and utterly ruined my case. Disappointing beyond words! She did not respond to emails or phone calls from me - HER OWN CLIENT! She missed numerous deadlines and was disciplined by the judge in my case. Janet is incredibly disorganized and clueless about the law. Truly a miserable experience. Everything that all the other reviews say are true. I have started the formation of a class action against Janet. Please contact me if you have ever worked with or for her. I have a great attorney for that action. This woman must be stopped. She has violated her duty of loyalty to so many clients it's a joke.
