All they want is $$ – Have taken my 2 cats here for almost 2 years now and figured out that its just another vet that wants my money and doesn't care. My cat came back with a bald spot on his leg after getting neutered to which they cant explain. I have taken him a few times for it and they don't know what it is... but of course they run all the tests they want and cant figure it out. He's had it for 7 months now. THE BEST OF THE BEST – WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CAT FAMILY TO RIDGEWOOD FOR OVER 20 YEARS. DR. JANET CHRISTY IS AS CLOSE TO A CAT SPECIALIST AS YOU WILL COME IN THE SPRINGS. BENDS OVER BACKWARDS FOR CLIENTS. CLINIC IS ALWAYS CLEAN. PRICES ARE REASONABLE. TREATS OUR CATS LIKE THEIR OWN. DON'T EVER WANT TO HAVE TO SWITCH!!
Good animal hospital – I bring my dog in for her annual shots, general health exams, etc. The staff are very friendly and treat my dog like she is their only patient. She loves the attention they give her! Their prices are reasonable and I've never had a problem with this clinic.
CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL. – I have been using Ridgewood Animal Hospital for more than twenty years, with complete satisfaction. I and my many animals have always recieved the upmost courtesy and respect in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff and the Doctors have always given my animals excellent care. I highly reccomend Ridgewood to anyone!
Would never ever go back - I took my dog there that had gotten into antifreeze - they told me testing and an IV would be $400 - NEGLECTED TO MENTION THEY WOULDN'T GET THE RESULTS BACK UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN MY DOG WOULD ALREADY BE DEAD UNTIL 6 HOURS LATER! I then had to take him to a specialist and have him put down. I asked for a refund of $254 of the $309 they needlessly charged me. Yes I understand that he died due to a mistake in cleaning up antifreeze - but they took him and charged me when they had no hope of tre... read more
