I just met Dr. Goodfellow for the first time after my long-time PCP retired. I was nervous for a new doctor after 30 years with the previous, but I’m happy to say that Dr. Goodfellow was open to my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. With only one encounter with Dr. Goodfellow under my belt I don’t feel like I can dole out a 5 right off the bat, but I was quite pleased with my first experience.
Dr Janet Goodfellow is a total blessing to me. She is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She is compassionate and above and beyond to take care of you. I have seen her for 10 years now and the staff is pleasant and anytime I call with questions or requests they follow up with me promptly. I definitely recommend her highly.
I was having difficulty at the pharmacy. The doctor and her staff stuck with me until we could get it resolved.
