Doctor Great - Office terrible Dr. Doran is great when you get to see her. The office however, never returns you calls, does not remind you of yearly treatment schedule or appointments. If you do get through with a concern, you are told to go to the emergency room. When asked Dr. Doran said this is not how it works, but still - you get no call backs.
