The absolute worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The front desk is great and professional, but it's some of the "associates" there that have serious ethical and tribal like behavioral problems. From being cursed at, to not being heard when I complained about it, and instead I was confronted like I deserved to be cursed at. Don’t bother! Incapable front desk, will send you to collections because they cannot bill insurance correctly! Got nothing out of the visits either. Never answer phones. Excruciating experience.
Chronically 15-20 minutes late. Left several messages with receptionist - no replies. She is nice and listens with empathy but gave almost no helpful advice except for "Take care of yourself." After many sessions, felt little growth and insight from this.
