I had a great experience with Janet Coulter Realty. My realtor Brooke was always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. She is super realistic, a great negotiator and our home sold for more than what we expected. The owner Janet is incredibly sweet and made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Never use her to manage your properties. She will blame you to the tenant and blame the tenant when speaking to you. She is absolutely abhorrible.
