I had a very pleasant visit. Everyone was very friendly, kind and professional.
The office staff is like family. Very friendly! my fillings were done quickly and painless.
Staff is wonderful. Dentist is truthful and they make sure you understand exactly what they see. They took detailed photographs and xrays of my teeth and showed them to me on the TV. Really great to actually see what is going on in my mouth.
I just had my first visit. She is a great dentist with a nice staff. Dr. Janet and her staff are friendly and caring. They are willing to educate patients about dental care. Cost was as expected (normal for dental care). This practice accepts my dental insurance.
All good, no complaints. On my ratings, I haven't compared costs with others in my area, but they seem in line. They take my Aetna Dental Access discount card which helps a lot. And under pain, stress, etc, they do a great job, but I'm just more sensitive to pain sometimes. Cleanings, fillings, one extraction, a few crowns, all good. I highly recommend this group.
i love this office. everyone is so nice. Prior to my dental implant, she has done several fillings and crowns not to mention my cleanings by Judy. They know their stuff and will be completely honest with you. No beating around the bush. Implant surgery was quick and easy and a complete success. I will go here forever!
I think this office is run SO professionally, and they always run on time. I love the care and concern they gave me during my treatments.
Upon review of x-rays I was told I needed 5 crowns and had advanced periodontal disease by both dentists in this office. I went to another dentist and found out I needed 1 crown and had a mild periodontal problem that could be treated with scaling and root planing. Very expensive, very bad experience at Clodfelter's office. Rough with shots and fillings. I don't like being lied to and taken for a ride. I would not recommend this office to anyone and a complaint should be filed against them.
I have had a fear of going to the dentist my whole life... Not because anything traumatuc happened, just because it's generally not pleasant to have your teeth drilled or your gums poked. I have been going to Dr. Janet Clodfelter's office since I moved to Tennessee, and I've changed my tune completely. They are a lovely bunch of professional women who have provided me with good service, while respecting my existing dental anxiety and working with me on it.
