Janet Bowman (Berkshire Hathway) was our realtor on both the houses we have bought in Berea, KY over the past 12 years. The most recent purchase was a marathon for all involved, we looked at approximately 75 properties over a year and were outbid on two properties but Miss Janet stayed right there in the "fight" with us. She is absolutely the most honest, hard-working realtor that I know. She is family and we love her.
