Unreliable unprofessional I made a first appointment she text me to asked me to confirm I confirmed at 12:00 in the afternoon then she text agaig saying confirm I tex and said Yes again and then she text me around 8:00 8:30 at night saying that because of my lag I've responding my appointment was given to someone else like really then I snapshot it that I confirmed sent her the texts and heard nothing back from her I called her it seems like my number was blocked or forwarded she never answered

I have a lot of hair on my face from genetics, excess testosterone and hormonal changes, pregnancies, etc. I had laser hair removal (spent thousands) since my hair looked dark in most places, but it actually has red roots. The hair never once fell out with very painful laser treatments, and after the last time it started coming back worse. I was grateful that masks became a thing I was so embarrassed by my face.
