I have a lot of hair on my face from genetics, excess testosterone and hormonal changes, pregnancies, etc. I had laser hair removal (spent thousands) since my hair looked dark in most places, but it actually has red roots. Unreliable. I was really exited for my first electrolysis appointment. Confirmed my appointment a day before. Showed up at my app five min early, because I was told I had to fill out paper work. I waited close to 25 minutes for my appointment & I never got called. I wasted time, gas & time off work for leaving early. I would recommend to go else where for electrolysis. Unreliable & unprofessional. I Confirmed my appointment the night before & I was never notified my appointment was canceled.
