Edit: since I have been renting at one time 4 units Pam and Jacob have been extremely helpful. Towards the end of my move I was starting to fragment and they just rolled with it. As soon as I told them about the flooding Jacob brought over pallets and fans to dry things up. I highly recommend Janesville Mini Storage. I gave only 4 stars because my unit was flooded, but I wasn't surprised.
