There's a lack of hands on management ,staff aren't concerned for tenants well being ,lack of tenant respect by staff to them its a business for tenants living here its their home .no wonder staff aren't well liked ...fixing 'n repairs aren't done ...management staff need better management training or get staff in here that do care how the tenants live .
