There is another company pretending to be Janesville door! They show up in unmarked vehicles and normal ish clothes. Nothing they bring or wear says janesville door but yet they look at you in the eyes and say “yes they subcontract me”. This is not true!! They charge 2k for a broken spring. Janesville door is a honest company that will answer the phone and help you with whatever questions you have. This other company is not!!
Excellent service. I called for a quote. They were here a few hours later to complete the job. Would highly recommend them to anyone! 10/10!
I would highly recommend Janesville Door. I have had to reach out a couple of times with issues due to the age of my garage door/opener. They have come out quickly and fixed my issues right away. I appreciate it. It is such a hassle when something isn’t working properly.
