Tech came out a while ago, didnt fix the problem. Still charged the fee for comming out. I called them because i didnt want to deal with it. It ended up being the door was out of adjustment and shutting too hard. So i ended up paying to have to figure it out myself.
Our garage door was not working correctly. I called Janesville Door and they came the same day. They fixed the door within an hour and used parts I had in the garage instead of making me pay for their parts and make the repair more expensive. I would recommend Janesville Door to anyone.
Replaced cables, very reasonable cost. Saved me a few thousand$$ because first company consulted said everything needed to be replaced. The person was professional, friendly and efficient, so grateful Janesville Door was recommended!

Had 3 garage doors installed the person that put them in did an excellent job. 2 months later we had 3 side mount lift master openers installed by Allen his communications were excellent went over everything with me his attention to details was also excellent I would highly recommend Janesville Door.
