Had 3 garage doors installed the person that put them in did an excellent job. 2 months later we had 3 side mount lift master openers installed by Allen his communications were excellent went over everything with me his attention to details was also excellent I would highly recommend Janesville Door.
I have always gotten great service from Janesville Door. Friendly and fast. Professional grade equipment, better than big box stores. AND they support our Veterans!
Most poor reviews are made with people making long rants about how horrible the businesses they are reviewing are. I won't do that. We had a complete door and opener installed. The installation was good. Communication and customer service was very poor. I can't recommend them and will not need their services in the future.
There is another company pretending to be Janesville door! They show up in unmarked vehicles and normal ish clothes. Nothing they bring or wear says janesville door but yet they look at you in the eyes and say “yes they subcontract me”. This is not true!! They charge 2k for a broken spring. Janesville door is a honest company that will answer the phone and help you with whatever questions you have. This other company is not!!
