Our purchasing department would never allow a subcontractor to submit an invoice from a fictitious parts supplier as well as not listing the part number. I tried to get the exact part number from ****** but they did not respond. The parts you replaced (which I documented with photos) are very similar to the Amazon parts - one small mounting plate and three electrodes.
