It is more efficient than forced air heating and won't stir allergens or dust around. Because the heat transfers up from the flooring, not out of air ducts, the heat stays where you are.

Jesse M. performed the service in a timely manner: was incredibly thorough and patient, demonstrated to me how to monitor the system and explained things concisely. He also cleaned my tankless heater while he was here and explained the basics of how to do so if I choose not to go with their yearly service plan. Which I think I am considering joining that program due to the excellent service. Thanks Jesse!
We had an unknown water leak and I suspected the radiant floor system. I called Janes and they sent Michelle the very next day. She was amazing! She explained the testing process step by step and answered all of my questions patiently. I highly recommend Janes - and especially ask for Michelle.

Our boiler had stopped working and Jesse was the first technician to quickly diagnose the cause. He took time to explain, answer questions, and go above and beyond with the repair.
