Received an injection 3-10-26, called 3-16-26 and left a message with Kat that I was in horrible pain, 9 out of 10, received no call back. Attended my next appointment 3-25-26, told PA Joelle that I was very upset no one called me regarding my pain. After consult with doctor, she asked me to go for another MRI. I spoke to her about my claustrophobia, she asked me to try an open MRI.
