Buying a home is a huge investment and can be quite stressful. Throughout the entire process Janene was extremely helpful. She helped us really figure out exactly what it was we were looking for, how that fits into the market in the areas we were looking, and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. She was very easy to reach, never late for a showing, and very proactive on our part. I hope to not be buying again but if I were there is no one else I would call.

Janene was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. She was phenomenal in helping us deal with some complicated issues with the seller. I have worked with realtors a few times before, all of whom were good. Janene is amazing and you want her on your side when buying or selling a house!

janene was amazing and a breath of fresh air after a previous bad experience we had purchasing a home. she was always professional and friendly and did her best to advocate for us in a brutal market. we ended up finding the perfect house after months of showings and offers that got declined. when she thought we could get better loan terms, she referred us to a local officer who worked hard to get us a loan that worked better for our situation. i highly recommend janene to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. if only ... read more
