Janelle was a wonderful agent that really dives into the property that we was interested in and went through the property like as if she was buying point out the pros and cons of the house I appreciate that she point out the bad points, not just going for the sale. She takes pride in her work and goes out on the line for her clients like their family
Janelle heard about my situation about a possible foreclosure on my house. Instead of her just wanting to sell my house like the gentleman did that was sent by mortgage company. She was able to point me in the direction of applying for help to save my house. I am also on full disability since 2013 and have never been told I could qualify for a tax exemption which will help with my property taxes. My favorite thing about Janelle is that she isn't scared to suggest NOT buying a home that doesn't seem like a good fit. She clearly isn't in it solely for the commission and it truly felt like she had my family's best interest in mind!
