My family and I have seen Dr Potts for approximately 15 years now. She is professional, very knowledgeable, has a great memory and is extremely empathetic. She has a way about her, where she has always made me feel special and cared for. She searches for alternative methods or medications; and always dives deep into the issue to correct the problem. I have always highly recommended Dr. Potts to friends and even those I don’t know, whom are seeking a great doctor.
Very competent doctor. As others have noted, she takes the necessary time to listen. Typical office wait time is reasonable.
