Janelle completely forgot about my appointment after I drove 40 minutes to get to the house. Then she proceeded to tell me that the house has an approved application. Completely wasting a good chunk of my day. I won't rent anything from this joke of a company.
Janelle was incredibly friendly and helpful while searching for my new home. She showed me multiple locations and took the time to answer all of my questions as a first time home renter. I really got the sense that she was being honest with me not at all trying to sell me on a place that she didn’t believe would perfectly suit all of my needs.
