Had the counter help me estimate the amount of sealer which ended up to be nearly 3 times what I needed. Which is all good and well but when I went to return the unopened surplus I was told about the 25% restock fee. Which wasn't mentioned or displayed anywhere around the counter. So I paid $50 to return one 5 gallon bucket. Then was told if I would have mentioned it at the time of sale they would have marked it with no restock fee and they would have "hooked me up". Very helpful and fast
Janell has the highest quality concrete sealers I can find in Cincinnati! You’re way better off stopping here than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Very good sealers at a reasonable price. If you’re not sure what you need, the staff is always super helpful. Tim helped point me in the right direction!
I have a pretty significant corner pop I need to repair. It was nice walking in here and receiving 1:1 advice and instruction on how to do the repair, as well as expert advice on appropriate materials. You don’t get this kind of experience at a big box store! I purchased the supplies and feel confident in completing the job!
