Needed sealer for my pool. Google, AI and Home Depot weren’t definitively helpful on which product to get. These guys were. Extremely helpful with competitive prices. They had everything I needed and I left with confidence.
#1 Ordered stamps to be delivered from another store and they never we're delivered. No one told me until I came to pick them up day of. Had to cancel mud and pump truck. #2 No one here. Stores closed but says its open online.
Had the counter help me estimate the amount of sealer which ended up to be nearly 3 times what I needed. Which is all good and well but when I went to return the unopened surplus I was told about the 25% restock fee. Which wasn't mentioned or displayed anywhere around the counter. So I paid $50 to return one 5 gallon bucket. Then was told if I would have mentioned it at the time of sale they would have marked it with no restock fee and they would have "hooked me up".
