Excellent care , location , and information .
So glad I found oak Street health. Everyone is so kind and professional. Dr. Janelle Milton- Isom,NP is my doctor there She made me feel heard and comfortable. She didn't rush me out the door like I have been in other doctors offices. She explained all of my blood work to me. And I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 15 to 20 minutes. Now I understand why they have the backing of AARP Behind them.
Janelle is very professional & caring.She has ALWAYS answered any questions or issues I have had.Such a wonderful,warm lady.
All good except blood pressure tests. The atmosphere is not condusive for a good test (taking dementia test while giving bpt, drawing blood while giving bpt, refusal to give test by hand, only electric monitor which can give false reads). Work on providing a serene setting.
