My wife is Dr. Bates patient. We think Dr. Bates is an excellent primary care physician. When we meet, she always seems to have reviewed reports from other medical entities and asks related questions. She shows genuine concern for her patients.
Spent quality time getting to know me and my concerns for my initial visit. Like her nurse Mary Ann as well.
Dr. Bates has been my doctor for almost a year now, and I must say, she never disappoints me. She’s a doctor that everyone should have. She listens attentively to all my medical concerns and provides recommendations for necessary tests and lab work. She also follows up with me on any concerns I may have. I truly appreciate her professionalism. Her medical assistant is also wonderful.
