He was fortunate enough to play and work under one of the founding father's of strength and conditioning at the University of Nebraska. Well it's my gym my wife and I run but Google wants to know what I think of it. It's a great place to train with a pretty nice guy who knows his stuff. I'm 55 and I've been training folks for over 30 years.
