This business owner undoubtedly thinks the reason I WALKED OUT was due to her masking requirement. No, in her business, that is understandable, maybe not popular, but reasonable... BUT when you greet a customer in curt, snippy ways it is totally unprofessional. When a customer hears DO THIS OR LEAVE, the choice is predictable. Learn to treat people respectfully and not like a basic training drill sergeant.
Very friendly, personal, and professional, I enjoyed my visit. We had great conversation about my vision but also just life. She complimented my afro which was appreciated! She has a spunk and spark about her. I wish her all the best and would highly recommend her services! I will be back to see her next year.
