When I came to Jane, my insurance company was refusing to act on a flooded situation in my home. They wouldn’t return calls, etc. Eventually mold developed. She promptly wrote a letter to them for me making me feel like a priority case. Long story made short, we saw action right away from the insurance company when they found out I had retained Jane as my attorney. The letter wasn’t sent as it wasn’t necessary.
