Jane did an incredible job selling my house! The price was great, I got multiple very competitive bids (most for cash), and we only needed one open house weekend. Her marketing was extensive, and it showed in the hundreds of open house visitors. She managed many brokers to coax out multiple strong bids. For selling our house my goal was to interview 3 realtors. We wanted to sell our house in upper Rockridge asap, Jane was our 3rd interview, she said she could deliver & she did.
